The serial numbers are auto generated and we have never actually saw an "Invalid Serial Number". Everytime it is a space at the end the name or something not entered correctly.

Here are the issues that would typically cause an invalid serial number. Please double-check and make sure none of them apply to you. If it still doesn't work, please send us a screenshot with the tool and helpfile open and the information you have entered in the tool. We'll take a look and go from there .

• Information typed instead of copied and pasted.
• Blank spaces before or after the information.
• Using the name you created instead of using what's listed in the registration information.
• Wrong product downloaded
