To use the Twist Assistant for harvesting in EQ2 try this:

Press O and create a macro like this and then place it on your hot bar:

• /target_nearest_npc
• /use

Now set the key up in the twist assistant that sends this macro:

After this you can just walk up to a node and the tool will target it and start gathering or mining for you. We like to just cruise around with a game pad and the twist assistant takes care of all the button clicking for us.
