If a patch changes the health bar settings you can adjust the Cleric, Druid, Shaman Assistant to adapt to the new health bars. 

Read this completely before making changes... Here is what the tool is thinking. Under SETUP > ADVANCED > ADVANCED TWEAKS there are color settings and bar spacing. You can press CTRL+ALT+X to turn on a color picker. It prints the color under the mouse as you move it around. You can change these colors by finding the new ones and entering them in. You might should take a screen shot of your current settings in case you really wreck it.

The health bars should be a gradient from green to yellow to orange to red and they should be running from left to right across the screen... Not up and down!

When the tool see's the green there it does nothing.
When the tool see's yellow it casts the small heal or hot.
When the tool see's orange it casts the medium heal.
When the tool see's red it casts a small heal and then a large heal.

The health bar spacing is measured from the start of one bar to the start of the next bar. The CTRL+ALT+X tool tip has the locations on it. X is the one that moves across the screen and Y moves up and down.  The default is 125.
