Check Sum Invalid
Check Sum Invalid: If you receive Check Sum Invalid when starting your tool it means that the exe file has been modified in some way. Its self check on start up has failed. The tool checks it self to be sure that it is has not been changed since being installed. This could happen if you renamed the file or if the file has gotten changed somehow. This can happen when the time changes (Day light savings time) as well due to windows changing the file times when updating the clock it seems. You can just reinstall the tool and it should put things back to normal.
Doc: "We had one customer using vista that had an issue where the created shortcuts caused the Check sum invalid. Going to the folder and running the application from there would start them fine. They were able to create new shortcuts and use them fine."Login Visitor
