Today we released version 2.0 of the Chef Assistant for Cafe World. It has come far and has to many features and improvements to cover here so we ask you to download the demo and check it out again even if you had tried the last version. It is no longer the same tool.

• A main feature is that it adds Gourmet Mode which adds the option to sit in the task tray and wait until your computer is idle for 10 minutes, then log in and refresh all of your stoves and log back out while logging all its actions. Great for when you need to go to work but want to continue cooking

• Can now keep cooking fast food and check the gourmet stoves as they become ready.

• Expandable windows that grow as you need to add more items. For example the pop up window manager can show 5 popup controls or 30. Just enter the number and click save.

We are pretty proud of this one and it has become a real work horse for auto cooking in Cafe World.  On one of our test computers here we had it cook over 180 hours straight without intervention or being stopped, restarting itself each time it lost connection.
