Runs on any PC: This tool was written to help keep you from wearing your wrists and fingers out while raising diplomacy in Vanguard. We really enjoy this tool and had fun writing it. It uses a combination of image matching and priorities to simulate intelligence and make smart decisions. We find that it is better and faster than doing it by hand. Once a card has all its requirements set up and priority the tool scans the screen, sees what cards could be played, and then selects the highest priority card and plays it. It works with any npc (that you can beat yourself), any interface (as you set all the images and locations).
